NOTE: Nearly all face-to-face meetings are suspended until further notice due to the pandemic. Zoom meetings are occurring, and information on those can be found here. Only the Friday morning York meeting is convening in person.
Face-to-face meetings are powerful ways to get the support we need to find recovery from compulsive overeating and food addiction. The experience, strength, and hope in the halls of OA provide a loving, safe place to talk about our disease and how we find the solution. We suggest that newcomers attend five or six meetings to see if OA is right for them. Please see below for a list of our face-to-face meetings.
Please email changes to your meeting’s information to SeacoastOA@gmail.com.
